would you like to formally join our ALLOTMENT Association ?

The Association offers a good range of services, involvement, and opportunities to ALL plot-holders and friends. To keep everyone informed, we have notice-boards at each allotment site, and volunteers at three Trading Sheds and a small ‘Veg Box’ facility. We also encourage you to ‘opt-in’ to our news e-mails (to keep up-to-date on matters such as the association's events, discount gardening supplies, projects, plans, proposals for funding improvements to sites, plot vacancies, competitions, membership, committee meetings and newsletters) and read or contribute to our Facebook and website pages.

However, as with all associations and societies, we also need to have an up-to-date membership list.

We are therefore continuing our consultation, which commenced about two years ago, to look at how best to invite your confirmation that you have, or wish to have, membership of the association and have read and understood the constitution. The outcome of this work will help us update our membership list and keep in contact members in accordance with current data protection regulations.

All plot holders on our 9 sites are automatically members of the association. However, if you wish to opt out, you can download the form HERE and hand it to your site representative
